Cattleya root rot !!!!

I think my cattleya is going to die!!! The pseudobulbs are wrinkly and some of the smallest leaves wrinkly too... I think the roots are rotten... What should I do !!!????

They don't look that bad. If they were they'd smell rotten. Put them in a lighter soil and don't water as much. I don't know much about them but you'll find answers from someone who does or elsewhere.
