DATURA (ANGELS TRUMPETS)

I obtained a small Datura plant this summer. I have it in a small plant pot. I have brought it into a cold porch to protect it from the frost but all the leaves have fallen off. Where will it overwinter best, Garage? Bathroom? Living room? or somewhere else?

Hi Yewtree,

Your datura was probably shocked by the cold temperature. These plants don't tolerate temps much below 40*F. Indoors in a bright spot would be best. Also check to see if it needs to be repotted. A pot 2" larger would be best. Here's care info.

Yewtree..What color is your datura. ( thornapple) I do have some seeds I could send you. I just plant seeds every year instead of overwintering.
