When to transplant painted daisy seedling?

I have a month old painted daisy seedlings, like 8 of them. But I don't know when to transplant them in my garden, I'm worried insects might eat them.

When your fall arrives after the deciduous trees lose their leaves or wait until spring just before the bulbs pop and make sure you water and throw a handful of bone meal in the hole.

I live in the Philippines, we don't have fall, nor spring in here.. We only have sunny and rainy seasons..My painted daisies already have like 6 leaves and are 2-3 inches tall now and I planted them on small black pots.

Okay then transplant them in the rainy season but wait before they have six sets of leaves and the stem is a bit strong.
