Scabiosa Question

Does anyone have any tips on planting or taking care of Scabiosa perrenials. I was ready about them and they seem like a good fit in my Zone 5 area as well as it being a full sun, low to the ground, all summer bloomer. I just have never had any before and was wondering if anyone can give me any pointers.

I would treat them like a tender perennial in your zone, which is mine also.

I planted some last year. Just discovered today that they did come back! Yay! Now has flower buds on it. I didn't do anything special to them, but my soil is alkaline; there are lots of the acid lovers that I just can't grow. I'm in zone 6 and they did overwinter in the ground here, in a less than full sun area.
