Cat's Claw Vine with Yellow Flowers

Hi,

I have seeds from my cat's claw vine in my backyard. The seeds
are from last year. Are these still good for growing a new vine, or
should I wait until I have new seeds? If they are suitable for growing,
do you have any suggestions on starting a new cat's claw in a container?
Thanks!

They should be fine - just plant them in a loose mix, something like peat/coir and vermiculite, and keep them damp and warm. I've sprouted Cat's Claw seeds up to 4 years old.

Is this ultimately going to be an outdoor vine, or are you planning to keep it indoors?

I will definitely put it in the backyard. They climb really well on our stone fence. I'll give it a try. Thanks for your help!
