Hi ttibsen

I think it's a Willowherb. Either Great Willowherb (Epilobium hirsutum), or more likely, Broad-leaved Willowherb (Epilobium montanum).

'A weed is just a wild flower in the wrong place'. (But I pull them up - they're very invasive)

Love the presentation....very impressive!

Thanks Delia - you're a genius! They're getting pulled up even though they do look somewhat nice. I've never seen them before and that's why I didn't recognize them as a weed.
