Something is wrong with my Lupine :( Picture inside **

My lupine which I bought about 2 weeks ago is not looking good. Here is a picture: https://www.flickr.com/photos/17398687@N02/4679244411/
The plant is getting full sun from late morning through noon, then part shade the rest of the day. The top leaves have been continually wilting and dying off. Does anyone know what is wrong and how I can save my lupine?

It depends. Is it in a windy location because wind and sun can dry out newly planted plants. Can you plant is a shadier location until the fall and spray the lupine in the evening to freshen it.
