yellow spots on phlox, peonies

I hope someone here can help me! I tried searching for yellow spots on perennials but didn't find anything that looks like what I have.

In my front garden I have a phlox plant growing close to a peony and another plant (not sure what that is - great if someone could ID it for me!). I'm not sure when these plants started showing these yellow spots. The phlox also has black spots.

I also have three phlox plants in the back garden with the same problem as the phlox out front.

Could it be some kind of fungus??? I'm terrified of losing large chunks of my front garden!

Can I not attach photos here? I'll have to link them instead:

The phlox in back could be a different problem now that I look at the photos...

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Unless I am mistaken it looks as if the yellow spots could be nitrogen deficiency which might occur if you use woodschips as a mulch but the blackspots I am sorry, don't have a clue and if no one here knows take a branch to local cooperative extension, usually a division of a state university

Thanks so much for taking the time to help me! I looked it up and that looks like what the phlox in the last picture has. Nothing to worry about then (?). I seem to remember this happening before... there's no mulch around those plants but there is some near them. The ones in front don't have mulching, and I haven't done anything with them this year, although now that I see how big they're getting I should have moved the phlox back to give it more space.

I'm keeping a close eye on the Peony & the other plant in front to see if those yellow spots are spreading.

It's funny - when I search for yellow spots on plants I get lots of articles on Marajuana plants!! Not what I was looking for!
