Clematis ID

Not sure how to ID a clematis but maybe someone here knows their flowers enough to lend a hand. I saved a couple seeds from last years bloom and want to do some research on sprouting the seeds.

Update

ok I think I've been able to ID it as a jackmanii

The seeds were left on the vine outside through our midwest winter. Am I right in thinking that the seeds don't have to be put in the fridge for 3 months? Can I just sow these outside right away?
