I think it is Cranesbill Geranium. The leaves vary a bit between the different species and cultivars, but that's my guess.

There are many other free image hosting sites online. You can find them through Google.

I will say, however, that I've been a member of Photobucket for years and never had a problem with the site. I use a number of other imaging hosting sites, as well, because each seems to offer a few different editing capabilities. I've never had trouble with any of them.
