I bought a hybrid verbena a couple of weeks ago that is in a hanging pot. I have been watering it in the late afternoon and it still looks like it is dying. What can I do to livin it up again?

Keep it out of the sun it doesn't like direct and besides if it is windy it will dry out much faster then if planted.
