harvesting seeds from Hollyhocks

I collected seeds from my hollyhocks and now I want to plant them...Is it ok to plant them in the fall...and will they bloom in the spring

You definately can, but also freeze some in a protected (wrapped in paper then plastic) bag and plant them in the spring. Just to be sure.

Polli were the seeds already dry? Did you remove the petals?

Can you try very old seeds? Like 5 yrs old? If I did try, how would I start? Thank You.
