Hi there. I am living in Michigan, near the East Lansing area, and I was wondering if it is too late to plant perennial flower seeds. I wanted to plant them earlier this spring but I didn't get around to it, and yet I would still like to use the seeds if the season will be long enough. Does anyone know about this?

It depends on what kind of seeds you have. Some things are much slower to sprout and grow than others.
If you have something reasonably quick, it should be fine to plant now. It may not bloom this year, many perennials don't bloom the first year from seed anyway. But as long as it has time to become a well established plant with a good root system, then it should come back and bloom next year. Mulch it well in the fall to help it get through the winter.
