What Is This Rose? (and Transplanting Questions)

So many years ago we started to get roses springing up in our garden, probably from a seed carried by a bird, and for many years had about 3 good plants. This year about 7 new ones popped up  . I was wondering what type of rose this is and when/how I should go about transplanting a couple of the new ones safely, and what type of sun they can survive in.

Leaves/Non-opened flower:

Also, the flowers are a very bright pink, and lots of very thin strong and sharp thorns.

Don't have a clue about the rose but the best time to transplant is when it is dormant, no leaves. Unless you have a long rainy period during transplantiong leaves will lose mositure from the sun and they will wilt and may not recover.
