Tips for planting Painted Daisies?

Hi, I'm new to gardening and I went to the store and bought a pack of Painted Daisy seeds. How do I go about starting these? Like when should I plant them and how do I take care of them? I also live in an apartment complex so I would be planting them in pots if that changes anything. Thanks :)

Your seed packet should give you basic instructions. Lightly cover the seed and keep it watered (but not wet). Once it's sprouted, it wants lots of bright sun. It is slow to germinate, could take as much as a couple months to sprout. Especially if it does take that long, it likely won't bloom this year. Pyrethrum is a perennial, which hopefully will come back bigger and bloom next year. But over wintering perennials in containers in cold climates can be tricky. You will need to insulate the container or keep it in a protected area (garage?), but not indoors, because it does need to have a chilling period. Good luck, not something I've ever done.
