Where the blooms were, there are smalls tear drop shaped thingies? What are those? Are they seeds? How do you "grow" bulbs?

Yes, those are seed pods. If you want to grow bulbs from seed, you must let the pods ripen on the plant.

Bulbs also multiply underground by producing offsets/bulblets.

Growing bulbs from seed takes a few years. You can't just plant the seed and get flowers right away.

How will I know when the seed pods ripen?
