Hoya and passion flower seeds.

My uncle has these, but he doesn't care for them very well, and they're always falling apart. They are still very beautiful though.

I'd love to have some of these around the house, but I've been told it's hard to germinate these types of seeds. Normally I'd just buy a healthy plant from the green house but... They don't have healthy ones around here, just bug and disease ridden ones, or ones they've hacked to pieces to make cuttings from to save a buck.

What would be the best way to go about starting these two plants from seeds?

If you uncle doesn't care for them why don't you divide his instead of raising from scratch?

He won't let me, is the biggest reason. They are in his green house that he leaves locked up, so I can't even get in without asking.

The next reason is because they don't ever bloom because of how he takes care of them, so I can't even get seeds.
