Opinion needed on bulb selection for seed starting

Hello everyone, I need some opinions on the best bulb set up for seed starting. I have always heard in the past that you want to use one cool white and one warm white bulb to start your seeds, and in the past I have done this with good success but I have also read and seen videos of people saying to use two 6500k bulbs which I believe are daylight bulbs. what is everyones thoughts on this? I just want to use the best bulbs possible for the job. I need to replace some bulbs this year so I can go with any bulbs that are going to work the best. Thanks all.
