Lemon seedling stalled growth
I started a lemon seed in a small container in my windowsill. It grew to about an inch then stopped growing. I waited about a week then transplanted it into a bigger pot (using a mixture of manure and topsoil) and put it outside. It's been outside for 2 weeks now - temps range from 78-90 and the weather is humid and sunny (Atlanta, Georgia). It still hasn't grown at all! It's a strong little seedling and looks healthy, it's just not moving. Any tips?
Oh no need to worry! You're right- your seedling looks nice and strong. At this stage, when the seedling gets its first set of leaves, citrus are very slow to grow. And that's perfectly normal. In a couple weeks, it'll start growing super fast again!
Make sure the soil drains well and water often best of luck!
