Has anyone grown verbena from seed? I really hadn't thought about it, until I saw seeds listed at Artistic Gardens aka Le Jardin du Gourmet. I had an order with them, and added the verbena. Why not?! Packet says 20 days germination, some of mine showing within a week. I keep the small peat pellet trays inside by window until sprouts show, then move out to sheltered and light shade.
I know it's late to start these, but doing a trial run to perhaps play with next season.
