Diluted?

I am going to use diluted MG for my transplants today when I transfer seedlings from the germination cells to transplant pots (actually, 18 oz Solo cups). What is "diluted?" 10% strength, 25%, 50%?

I haven't used MG in years so others might have the exact answer, but I would think 1/4 or even 1/8 strength. Mixing up full strength then diluting is more exact than trying to measure 1/2 tsp or 1/4 tsp of the blue crystals.

I use another MG - Maxi-Gro - for my seedlings. I use this because I have it for my hydroponics, and it has all of the micronutrients necessary for the plants. I use 1/4 tsp/gal, which is extremely diluted, but use this for general watering for the first few weeks, after the true leaves develop. Once the plants are fairly large, and need more watering, I use just water, with maybe another boost with a 1 tsp/gal solution.

Thanks for the replies. Just saying "diluted" is a little ambiguous. I will be transferring the seedlings later today.
