Up Potting

I started my Tomatoes and Peppers late this year but have upgraded to grow lights and heating mats which have helped speed up germination. They were started about two weeks ago and are now about 2-3 inches tall and are just showing the first true leaves. I am planning on up potting them to 16 oz solo cups with holes drilled in the bottom.

Now for the questions:

1. When should I up pot them?
2. Can I go from the solo cups directly to the garden or do they need to be up potted again?
3. Fertilizer recommendations? (I have Miracle Grow plant food). Is this ok to use diluted?

Thanks

They are quite crowded. You will want to pot them up pretty soon, as soon as those true leaves that are showing are a little better developed. Yes they can go directly in to the garden from the solo cups as soon as they are a bit better developed and your weather is cooperating. Yes your MG diluted will be fine.
