Not something I've ever grown, but since no one responded, I thought I'd check back with you. Did your seeds germinate?

I think they should have sprouted in 5 - 7 days. They need very warm soil.
If they did sprout, you want to take the plastic off right away.

People do make bonsai out of them.

I have germinated adenium seeds successfully thanks to some helpfull advice from a volunteer at Halawa Xeriscape Garden in Honolulu.
I used a plastic grape container from Costco; filled it with 2-3 inches of moist perlite. I scattered the seeds over the perlite and I did not bother to cover them. Spritzed with water daily and left the mini greenhouse in semi shade with good light. The seedlings germinated in 1-2 weeks but I left them in the container until they had grown to about an inch. Then I potted them out in 1 inch clay pots using black cinder for media. I was growing this in a relatively wet area (80 inches of rain annually on average) so a dry pot was intentional. The seedlings were later transferred to a full sun bench with daily watering by sprinkler. I hope this is useful for you. 8)
