Hello I have found samara ( seed of maple tree) who juste droped last week and they seem to be dry.

In the interior of the seed it's green and I don't know if I plant them, will they grow?

Because I think they already have their period of time of frost but I don't know how to do it I've never try.

I would like some help please.

Plant them in top soil just below the soil line. I know that they would emerge(sprout) immediately once kept watered and given warmth or full sun.
Just keep the seeds moist and warm. Or you could place them in a glass of a little water so that the seeds can become moist and place in a sunny warm window... Acer (Maple) trees are easy growers but have complications in the older stages of growth.
Safe bet in saying it would take a year or two to have good transplants.
