They look like tiny babies, which is fine if that is what they are. Looking ok so far. It's hard to tell about legginess in seedlings so small. They will need to be outdoors or under lights in order not to become leggy.
By the time they get true leaves on them you will need to uncrowd them, give them their own pots.
Well, some were. The Dill are still very thin. Thing is, we've had a sudden heatwave and a lot of the seedlings must have not been able to take it and died.
