stupid black cobra peppers... no matter how many times I attempt to germinate them they never sprout! getting pissed at this point.

yes, I use a heat mat with a thermostat.. I have also tried without

trying something new (never did this to any of my pepper seeds before)... I have 6 of them soaking in warm water right now.. gonna let them soak overnight..

Somewhere in the tomato forum (I think) there is a post by duh_vinci discussing his method for soaking stubborn tomato seeds in chlorine solution first for better germination. You might want to try that.
