Can I still plant echinacea (coneflower) after last frost?

I order some seeds a few weeks ago for the first time but I failed to plant my coneflowers early enough. It looks like the last frost of the year has passed. Is it to late to sow these seeds? Do I need to wait for late summer to plant them or can I plant them now and still get flowers this year?

I would go ahead and plant them. They may or may not bloom this season, but you should have better established plants & root system for next season.
