Some seedlings turning yellow and falling over.

Hi,

I noticed on a few tomato and pepper seedlings that some are turning yellow.
Like the bottom leaf will be yellow and sometimes will fall off. I also saw 2 plants that are not yellow but they have fallen over. I also noticed a leaf on 2 plants to be slightly curled at the tip and sort of a dark color and may even be dry.

A few days ago I fed them all with fish/seaweed liquid fertilizer at 1/4 strength. I am thinking that caused all this. Cause before it there were no issues.

How big were these plants? Are they indoors or outdoors? Pictures?

Indoors. All around 3-4 inches tall. I will get some pics later today. The fallen over ones are now standing up. The fertilizer watering was a few days ago and the soil was going on the dry side so I soak the soil good to wash out the fertilizer and now they look a little better but still a few looking yellowish.
