Do you just pull them apart as best as you can?
Can they take the damage?
I had beans,cukes,zucci.
In some cells
Yes I know you should just put the seeds in the ground.
Trash them or keep them?

If the soil is damp, you should be able to gently pull the plants apart, without damaging them significantly. If you are having trouble with that, drop the whole root ball (with both plants) in a bowl of water. Once the soil washes off, they should basically float apart.
Large seed things like that I only plant one to a cell.
