Removing weeds around seedlings

So, I planted three chilli seeds, one of which has germinated. There are probably about ten weeds which have also sprouted in the pot, and I'm not really sure what to do with them. I would just pull them out, but will that harm the seeds that haven't germinated yet? Or should I just be giving up on those anyway? The Chilli seedling doesn't have 'true' leaves yet, but the weeds are starting to grow some.

Thanks for any help. :)

You can pinch them off if you ave fingernails or use small pointed scissors to cut below the seed leaves. I use cuticle scissors and toenail clippers that sort of look like a small wire cutter. This way you won't disturb the roots of the pepper seedling and the roots of the weed seedlings will die and become organic matter and food in the soil.
