Seedling with only 1 cotyledon leaf

I have a tomato seedling that has emerged with only cotyledon leaf. Otherwise it appears healthly and I think I can see the first true leaf emerging. Should I terminate it an start a new seedling (which will be 2 weeks behind) or let it grow and see what happens. (It is my last red boar seed so if it will become a healthly plant I would prefer to let it go, otherwise I guess I'll settle for another cherokee purple.)

It does happen! I very rarely see those, but I always have a few plants that have three cotyledons. Just part of the genetic variability/ mutability. They always do fine.
