heat mat temp: lights when sprouted 2in and keep wet water.

Those are your basic steps to start and avoid damage.
I moved my lights closer and it did so much better don't eye ball it.

I agree with heat mat, and keep lights very close to the plants and on 16 hrs a day. Not sure what "keep wet water" means. And generally you don't want to keep seedlings or most plants "wet," though seeds and seedlings need to stay more consistently damp than you would with say house plants.

But the biggest danger with seedlings is too much moisture, leading to damping off and other problems.

But clearly you are getting the hang of this, since your seedlings are doing well....

Yeah didn't mean keep wet it was late when I posted that. I meant just make sure your seeds don't dry out.
