How do I use frozen seeds?

I have some vegetable seeds that I froze from last year. How do I prepare them to plant this year? :?

Take them out of the freezer and stick them in the potting soil/ground? :)

If you want to get real fancy you can allow them to come to room temperature first.

I usually store seeds in the freezer and I've never done anything special to prepare them, just planted them.

That is referring to your typical commercial flower and veggie seeds. There are some wildflowers and perennials that need special kinds of preparation, cold stratifying, etc for sprouting, but I don't think that is what you are talking about.

Okay. Easy enough. I've got them in a starter tray. Now the waiting game.
