I was thinking can you use canned tuna in water to feed plants?

You put this in the seed starting section. Did you mean using the water from can of tuna to feed them? That might add some nutrients, but I'm not sure how much. If you actually meant burying chunks of tuna, won't break down fast enough to do seedlings any good. (And don't do it if you have a cat in the house or you can kiss your seedlings goodbye! :) )

Fish hydrolysates are good fertilizers, but this is pre-digested fish that has already been broken down by enzymes, so the nutrients are available to the plants.
