POMATO

I searched the forum and only found one little posting on Tomato grafting. The topic seemed to be, grafting a favorite scion top to disease resistant root stock .

My topic is Pomato. Have any of you grafted a tomato scion to a potato root stock? Looks very doable.

Haven't done it but heard about it as a novelty item. Potatoes tend to die back pretty early so that would junk out your tomatoes??????
