Seedling question on Moving

Ok I have a 72 cell tray that everything is about to be transplanted from.

The bulk of it is cabbage and cauliflour and there are maybe 8 to 10 tomatoes and peppers.

I need to make some more room for more starts (Space limited indoors)

Once I transplant these can I move them directly into my portable greenhouse? The temps for the next 10 days are predicted to be nighttime lows of 38 on the coldest night and daytime temps from 50 to 65

I do relize if we get close to freezing or threat of I will be bring them in for the night but if the temps remain as predicted for my area will the be fine in the portable. it is pretty much the same temp at night as the outdoors :(

Thanks
Jon

Question is how big a change is it from indoors to the greenhouse both in terms of temps and light. If the indoor space where they have been is a lot warmer than the greenhouse or there's a big difference in the amount of light, you might want to give them at least a little bit of gradual transition, hardening off.
