will these grow

I bought these seeds for chinese red noodle yarn long beans and they don't look fully developed to me, at least not like the beans that I am used to seeing. Actually from my green beans last year when I dried my beans to save I threw away any that looked like this

It's really hard to see in the picture but they are really small, thin and wrinkled. also the paper they were photographed on is wide ruled notebook paper.

if there soft or wrinkled chances are they wont grow.

I had a wrinkled and what looked like under developed scarlet runner bean germinate for me.. sadly the deer got to it :(

Plant one and see what happens. That's the only real way to tell.
