Just got kumquat seeds

I have kumquat seeds some are round and some are shriveled I assume the ones that are shriveled are not good and the rounds ones are, how do I germinate them I haven't found anything on stratification and I think there sub-tropical any idea's?

I'm pretty sure I have kumquat seedlings among my collection but I've no idea which one. I really have to follow up Lorax's offer to ID them, but I have to take accurately categorized photos first!
