Red Hot Poker Seeds?

I am having a very hard time to get my rhp seeds to sprout. I have a few in my flower bed and some in a pot in peat moss to keep them moist they get a good bit of sun to heat them up and both areas have awesome drainage. I don't know what I am doing wrong with these little guys. Anyone have luck growing them indoor outdoor flower bed or pot? I know they arent difficult once they are started I just cant get there. Help

I have started Red Hot poker seeds indoors one month ago they are just now up coming sprouts as tiny like small grass. I haven't recieved a 100% germination. I have kept them moist with soil temps at 68 degrees and in light. I sow them on to moist soil and press the seeds slightly down into the soil to barely cover them. I feel that starting them indoors would be your best start.
