No, don't worry about it. It won't really hurt the plant. Just a sign that it might not have been hardened off gradually enough. (Although that water magnifying glass effect can happen even on fully adapted plants.) But new leaves that come out will be fine. This effect is another reason why I think it is better to water in the morning, before the sun is directly on them and generally to water the soil, not the plants.
