Yep. Looks like sunburn. The leaf tip that was scorched looks like water beaded at the tip.

I might have did so its not to much sun is from water on the plant the sun heats the leaf up threw the water? Do I clip the leaf, keep the plants under the lights inside?

No, don't worry about it. It won't really hurt the plant. Just a sign that it might not have been hardened off gradually enough. (Although that water magnifying glass effect can happen even on fully adapted plants.) But new leaves that come out will be fine. This effect is another reason why I think it is better to water in the morning, before the sun is directly on them and generally to water the soil, not the plants.

FYI - the leaf tip phenomenon can also occur from soapy solution against aphids lingering on leaf tip and evaporating (getting concentrated).

Yeah I might have rushed the hardening off abit. I couldn't help it I blame the weather.
I might have dripped water on them. But I think my 5 yr old son was playing with the hose. My fault for leaving it out by my plants.

Tender seedlings can burn like that just from the sun, without water, if the hardening off is rushed. The plant will still be fine. The new leaves that appear will be better adapted to their new conditions.
