What is a great source for buying heirloom seeds/organic?

Looking for a great source to buy seeds. Contacted heirloomsoltions.com and they said they have organic seeds, but don't advertise as such b/c of too much paper work. I am looking for hardy seeds for zone 4, Upper Michigan (also have microclimate) Want to plant lots of kale; most cole crops, quiona, potatoes, sunflower seeds, etc. I want to make use of companion planting to assist in organic gardening needs. Second year gardening. Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
