Naturally Flavored Tea

Here’s something I started to make — fruit fruit flavored tea.

So far I’ve tried peaches in the summer and apples in the fall.

Whenever I make something or serve organic peaches or apples, I collect the peeled skin and the seed/core, and either boil them in a tiny pot of water or just steep them in boiling water for a while, then strain and brew tea with the gently flavored hot water.

This seems to match well with either English Breakfast tea or strong green tea like Double Matcha Green (green tea enhanced with matcha powder)

For the most part, I reserve this as treat for myself.

I like raspberry tea. But I only get the artificial flavored ones. I do put calamondin in my crystal light ice tea because I don't like the taste of the artificial lemon. I could actually brew my own tea and it would taste even better, I am just used to doing it this way.
