Salads & Dressing

Today I made a quart jar of Blue Cheese dressing 2 cup of mayo, 1 cup butter milk, 5 ounces of blue cheese. Puree the cheese into the sauce flavor is 3 times better. This is the basic recipe but most people like to customize with, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, sour cream, wine, etc. I like to add 1 package of Ranch dressing mix to it. 20 yrs ago I made a quart jar Blue Cheese dressing every week but I got lazy and quit.

Dinner salad, 2 kinds of lettuce, sweet potato leaves, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, red onion, green olives, corn, peas, beans, 2 kinds of cheese, sliced apple, grilled stir fly chicken. The only thing missing is good bread. Soon Pac Choy will be ready to eat.

Looks delicious! I love salads, I can't wait until my homegrown lettuce is ready to use. I like onion, tomato, basil leaves, bell pepper and boiled egg in mine, topped with Kraft Ranch dressing.
