Fresh Cranberry Relish
2 C fresh cranberries
3 apples, cored and quartered
8-10 medjool dates (raw honey can be added to taste or substituted)
zest of 1 orange
juice of 1/2 an orange
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tep sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse to relish consistency. Adjust to taste with raw honey and sea salt. Tastes better when refrigerated overnight.
Side dish, relish or spread for autumn and winter foods.
