Any really good kosher dill pickle recipes (fresh pack)?

Hello all. I'm going to be over run with cukes here pretty soon. In the past, I've done fesh pack (non heat processed "refrigerator" pickles). I've just used the Ball brand prepared kosher dill mix. My experience is that while they are pretty good, they end up a little too salty and a little too vinegar-y for my taste. Since these are not being put up for long term storage, I bet I could get away with a little less of those two ingredients. Anyone have a good recipe they can share? Thanks!

Here is the recipe I use. It's Blue Ribbon Fair Winning Stuff!

While those look awesome, I'm really looking for something with a proven track record as a fresh pack/refrigerator (raw) pickle rather than water bath canned pickles (cooked). Thanks though!

You can make these into refrigerator pickles by simply omitting the canning process. Just boil the brine, and pour it over the vegetables, put the lid on, and straight to the fridge. They are not a lacto-fermented pickle. If you want shelf life for ANY pickle non-refrigerated, you must process them.
