Toaster Oven Tomato Sauce

There's a fun recipe on myplasticfreelife.com for fresh-from-the-garden-tomatoes tomato sauce using a toaster oven. I will post it on Wednesday. I can't do it with this little I-phone. If you don't want to wait until Wednesday, you might be able to find it yourself. Just go to www.myplasticfreelife.com and scroll down. Lots of photos. I think I'd rather use a regular oven, but the results should be similar.
