Any reason I can't freeze chipotles in adobo sauce?

I made some home made chipotles and adobo sauce. Grew the peppers, smoked them myself, and made up the sauce. I have a big batch. Any reason I couldn't vacuum seal and freeze it in small batches? It's hotter than hell...it'll last me a year...

In an icecube tray? Or smaller freezer containers?

That's an idea.

I've heard one good way to freeze things in small quantities is is to freeze in ice cube tray, then when frozen, pop them out and vacuum seal in small batches, then freeze.

...can't remember where I saw that... Maybe Alton Brown Good Eats?
