Use your plants to smoke (and preserve)

I just trimmed my lemon verbena back for winter and I also happened to want to try smoking things so I chopped the larger sticks up and dried them out in my oven. Then I smoked some chicken breasts in my Weber (https://help.weber.com/grilling-tips/smoking-basics/) and they came out fantasticly! :)

Chopped up and into the oven on low.

And compost the rest.

So delicious

Lemon sounds nummy. I always thought that green wood will last longer. But I smoke with just what ever I have .
