Not sure how many of you make your own wine/beer but here is a great recipe that we tried and enjoyed many of times!
Berry Punch Wine
23 L Water 3 Pounds Blackberries 3 Pounds Raspberries 12 Frozen Fruit Punch Concentrate Approx. 22 Cups Sugar to bring S.G. to 1.090 Approx. 26g Tartaric Acid Blend to bring Must acidity to .60% from .40% 2g of Potassium Metabisulphite 5 tsp Yeast Nutrient 2.5 tsp Pectic Enzyme 1 tsp Grape Tannin 1 Pkg Lalvin EC-1118 Yeast
