Quick lemon and mint drink question

Fri Oct 18, 2013 1:36 am

So sometimes I put lemon in my water and I also add mint leaves because I know they are good for digestion. Has anyone heard of the acid in the lemon cancelling the benefits of the mint out?
Thanks

Funny enough citric acid is an alkaliser; it will reduce the acidity of the body. I also put both in and it's great.
